Procedure designed to be implemented by a system (10), where the system (10) includes a form memory alloy factor (12) and an actuator driven drive train (12) and exhibits a movement delay due to at least one of suspension, play and elastic flexibility, which are present in the system (10) in an idle state,where the process is also designed to reduce the effects of pre-heating period fluctuations when actuating the actuator (12); andwhere the procedure includes the following steps:(a) appoint the actor (12) with an activation signal;(b) cause the actor (12) to begin to transform, and eliminate at least part of the movement delay due to the effect that the actor (12) begins to transform;(c) recording the removal of at least part of the movement delay; and(d) autonomous determination of activation of the actor (12) based on the detection of the elimination of at least part of the movement delay.
