The present invention concerns a collection system and a corresponding sampling procedure for the storage and disposal of pharmaceutical packaging with an output shelf with slanted parallel outlets and an outlet closure, an output mechanism, with which the curfew can be opened or overcome; a transport device running in a width device of the output rack at its outlet and having a horizontal movable conveyor belt and a control device with an input module,to which at least one order for the removal of medical packaging from the collection system is included. According to the invention, on the outsourcing side of the shelf, a downward inclination plate and in front of it, the conveyor belt, is part of a transport device controlled by the control, with which the conveyor belt and the release plate are vertically operable on the outsourcing side of the shelf, which enables the conveyor belt to be positioned at different heights, in which the conveyor belt can be stopped horizontally in opposite directions of transport, both to and from, and temporarily.
