The control that controls the industrial machine includes a storage area where an operational program, cache memory, cache control unit and analysis unit are stored. The analysis unit reads an order following an order contained in the cache-loaded operating program when it is established that the operating load on a CPU in a command contained in the operational program is below a prescribed value, adds a cache control command to the command to load a sub-program into cache memory under a predetermined condition,if the presence of a subprogram call command is confirmed and, in response to the added cache control command, places a cache tax request on the cache control unit, and the cache control unit loads the subprogram into the cache memory, based on the cache tax request.
