The present invention relates to the technical field of nylon pipe forming. Disclosed are automatic-heating forming equipment and a forming process for a nylon pipe. The automatic-heating forming equipment for a nylon pipe comprises a machine body, a feeding assembly, a heating assembly and a pipe bending assembly, wherein the heating assembly comprises an oven, which is in communication with the feeding assembly, and an electric heating cylinder, which is arranged between the oven and the pipe bending assembly; a heating ring is provided inside the electric heating cylinder; a nylon pipe is fed from the feeding assembly and enters the pipe bending assembly via the oven and the heating ring; the electric heating cylinder and the pipe bending assembly are arranged outside the machine body; and an air cooling system and a cutting device are arranged outside the pipe bending assembly. The forming process for the nylon pipe comprises: leading a wire; heating inside a machine body; heating outside the machine body; bending; pausing; feeding; adjusting an angle; repeating the above-mentioned steps until the length and the bending degree of the nylon pipe meet requirements; and cutting. The present invention has the beneficial effects of improving the forming precision of the nylon pipe, guaranteeing the product quality and improving the machining efficiency.
