An electric air heating and/or ventilation unit (10) is connected to the diffusion pipe to form an autonomous demisting and/or defrosting equipment. The air heating and/or ventilation unit is arranged between a door lining (4) and a coating cover, and comprises a ventilator. The diffusion pipe is designed to diffuse air along a window of the door through a slit of the coating cover extending along the door.
