Provided are a low-carbon alkane dehydrogenation process method, device, and reaction system, comprising: preheating C3–C5 low-carbon alkane feed gas, CO, and/or CO2 process gas at 200–500°C, then entering a reactor; coming into contact with a Cr-Ce-Cl/Al2O3 dehydrogenation catalyst, a Cu-Ce-Ca-Cl/Al2O3 thermal coupling agent, and a heat storage/support body inert alumina ball; converting under conditions of a reaction temperature of 500–700°C, a reaction pressure of 10–100 kPa, a reaction time of 5–30 minutes, and a mass space velocity of 0.1–5 hours-1; the product enters a subsequent separation device so as to obtain a low-carbon olefin; the periodic regeneration process of the catalyst bed layer comprises: purging with steam, then passing in hot air at 560–730°C and 0.01–1 MPa to regenerate and heat the bed, and evacuating and reducing, the cycle time per period being 10–70 minutes. The dehydrogenation process method, device, and reaction system achieve reaction and heat coupling, reduce the temperature difference and harshness of the bed during the reaction process, improve the catalyst conversion efficiency, selectivity, operating cycle, and life span, and reduce the energy consumption of the system.
