REHABILITATION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AND METHOD

A rehabilitation management system and method, which relate to the field of rehabilitation medical management. The system comprises: a platform end, an operation end, a home end, and a rehabilitation management platform. The platform end, the operation end, and the home end access the rehabilitation management platform and perform data interactions by means of the rehabilitation management platform; the platform end is used for globally managing patients, and the global management comprises: patient evaluation, data analysis, prescription editing, and questionnaire issuance; the operation end is used for medical staff to receive rehabilitation prescriptions issued by doctors and help the patients carry out the rehabilitation prescriptions and evaluate training tasks; and the home end is used for the patients to obtain the rehabilitation prescriptions issued by the doctors, execute the rehabilitation prescriptions, and evaluate the training tasks. The rehabilitation management system integrates the platform end used by doctors, the operation end used by therapists (rehabilitation nurses), and the home end used by home patients, thereby achieving a complete closed loop from in-hospital rehabilitation evaluation to in-hospital rehabilitation exercises to home rehabilitation management.
