PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow both a patient and a physical therapist to clearly understand the effect of rehabilitation without imposing a burden on the physical therapist or a medical doctor.SOLUTION: Rehabilitation plan storage means of a rehabilitation management device stores rehabilitation plan data in association with each patient. Execution information receiving means receives from a rehabilitation tool device rehabilitation execution data which is generated at the rehabilitation tool device when a patient uses it. Then, rehabilitation data storage means stores the rehabilitation execution data in association with each patient and execution evaluation means generates evaluation data for a rehabilitation execution by each patient on the basis of the rehabilitation execution data stored in the rehabilitation data storage means and the rehabilitation plan data.
