This output feedback control circuit has, as means for generating an error signal ERR between a feedback voltage FB according to the output voltage and a reference voltage REF (means substituting for a single error amplifier 140), a first signal processing unit (for example, amplifier 140a) constituting a first path, and a second signal processing unit (for example, amplifier 140b) constituting a second path. The amplifier 140a is of higher accuracy than the amplifier 140b, while the amplifier 140b is of higher speed than the amplifier 140a. A capacitor Cc apart from the parasitic elements may be connected to the output terminal of the amplifier 140a. Without a capacitor apart from the parasitic elements being connected, a resistor Rc may be connected to the output terminal of the amplifier 140b. The amplifier 140a may have a transconductance gm1, while the amplifier 140b may have a transconductance gm2 (≠gm1).
