A radiation photography control device according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: an image acquisition unit that acquires a photographed image in which a subject is photographed; a foreign matter detection unit that, when a radiation image of the subject is acquired, detects, from the photographed image acquired by the image acquisition unit, foreign matter that could possibly be captured in the radiation image; a warning information generation unit that generates warning information pertaining to photography of the radiation image on the basis of foreign matter having been detected in the photographed image by the foreign matter detection unit; and a display control unit that issues a notification based on the warning information.
