The present invention relates to: a luminescent probe compound for cancer cell detection, wherein the compound is represented by [formula 1]; and a luminescent sensor for cancer cell detection, wherein the luminescent sensor comprises the compound. The luminescent probe compound according to the present invention reacts with excellent selectivity to cancer cells overexpressing NQO1 in particular, and has excellent photophysical properties and low cytotoxicity, thus enabling effective imaging of cancer cells.
