To provide a financial production transaction management device capable of performing a repeat if-done order including a market order and reducing a risk of a client without going through a complicated procedure.SOLUTION: A financial product transaction management device 1 of a financial product transaction management system 1A includes: an order information generation part 16 for generating order information based on trading order application information received by an order input reception part 12; and a contract information generation part 14 for contracting a trading order based order information. The order information generation part 16 generates first order information for performing one of a buying or selling order at a market place or at a bid price based on one trading order application information, second order information for performing the other of the buying or selling order at the bid price, and stop limit order information for performing the other of the buying or selling order by a stop limit order. A contract information generation part 14 makes these order information contracted. The order information generation part 16 enables the limit order based on the second order information and the stop limit order based on the stop limit order information, and the limit order based on the first order information and the limit order based on the second order information are repeatedly contracted.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
