A vehicle control device contains a first detector configured to detect a vehicle's behaviour, a second detector configured to detect a vehicle's environmental situation, a memory configured to store a control logic that emits information, which indicates the behaviour of the vehicle when at least information indicating the environmental situation of the vehicle is entered into the control logic, a driver configured to perform the control logic, to derive vehicle behaviour based on at least the environmental situation of the vehicle detected by the second detector;and a detector configured to compare the first behaviour of the vehicle detected by the first detector at a specified reference time with a second behaviour of the vehicle derived by the driver based on the environmental situation detected by the second detector at the reference time, to determine whether the tax logic works accurately or not.
