A special card includes a substrate, a variety of test needles and a fixation layer. The substrate comprises a ditch formed on a surface of the substrate. Each of the test needles comprises a first end arranged in the trench, and a second end that extends towards the first end and emerges from the trench. The fixing layer is formed in the ditch to attach the test needles to the ditch. The fixation layer includes a resin layer with a ceramic powder.
