The present invention relates to a method for preventing the failure in artificial intelligence-based transmission quality prediction, comprising: a method for distributing an optical signal-to-noise ratio margin for a working optical channel and a method for distributing the optical signal-to-noise ratio margin for a protective optical channel, wherein according to the method for distributing the optical signal-to-noise ratio margin for the working optical channel, the number of first frequency slots meeting a flow demand and the consumable margin of the working optical channel are calculated; according to the method for distributing the optical signal-to-noise ratio margin for the protective optical channel, the number of second frequency slots meeting the flow demand and the consumable margin of the protective optical channel are calculated; and according to the number of the first frequency slots and the number of the second frequency slots, the utilization rate of spectrum resources is evaluated, and according to the consumable margin of the working optical channel, the reliability of the optical channel is evaluated. The present invention is stable in practical network application.
