A rapid logistics transport vehicle having an open-air transfer capability, comprising a frame (1), an electric drive assembly (2) being connected to the bottom of the frame (1), a charging assembly (3) for charging the electric drive assembly (2) being provided on the side of the frame (1), and the top of the frame (1) being connected to a transfer assembly (4). The electric drive assembly (2) comprises a drive base connected to the frame (1), the drive base being connected to a direct current motor (21), a drive shaft (22) being closely sheathed on an output end of the direct current motor (21), two ends of the drive shaft (22) being each connected to a drive wheel (23), and the bottom of the frame (1) being further connected to several driven wheels (5). The transfer assembly (4) comprises a rack connected to the frame (1), the rack is rotatably connected to several conveying rollers (41), the conveying rollers (41) are connected to direct current motors (42), and chain transmission assemblies (43) are provided between the direct current motors (42) and the conveying rollers (41). The described arrangement can achieve rapid logistics transport in open air between workshops.
