Provided in the present disclosure are a data processing method and apparatus and an electronic device, used for solving the problems of how to effectively determine data sources for priority transmission amongst a plurality of data sources and dynamically adjust the priority order of the data. In each processing cycle, the method comprises: determining a plurality of items of candidate data, the candidate data being provided by corresponding data sources; and determining target data on the basis of the priority of the data sources corresponding to the plurality of items of candidate data in the current cycle, the priority of the same data source being different in different processing cycles, and the priority sequence numbers of the same data source in different processing cycles satisfying a non-linear relationship.
