Test procedure for the analysis of an electric test object by analysis of the incoming current and corresponding test device

A procedure for testing an electrical test item (110) with respect to a quality criterion is described. The procedure indicates the provision of a DC voltage at an input (113) of the test object (110). A resulting DC (121) is superimposed by a fault signal, which is indicative of a quality of the test object (110). The malfunction signal depends on a specified operating state of the test item (110) and the procedure also indicates an evaluation of the test item (110) in relation to the quality criterion,where the quality criterion is based on a time dependency (311) of the jamming signal. A test device (101) to perform the test procedure is also described.
