The present invention relates to the technical field of 3D printing, in particular to the technical field of 3D printing in the form of binder jetting methods in which particles in a powder bed are adhered to a three-dimensional object by printing an adhesive. The particles here can be inorganic materials, such as sand or metal powders, or polymer particles, such as polymethacrylates or polyamides. To that end, the polymethacrylates may, for example, be in the form of suspension polymers, so-called bead polymers. The invention relates in particular to a suspension polymer as a powder for 3D printing, which suspension polymer differs from the prior art in that it has a hard phase and a non-crosslinked soft phase.
