To allow an edited three-dimensional shape in a second coordinate system different from a first coordinate system to be adapted to the first coordinate system when a three-dimensional shape in the first coordinate system, which is constituted of a plurality of voxels, is edited in the second coordinate system.SOLUTION: An editing device 10 edits a three-dimensional shape constituted of a plurality of voxels and represented with three-dimensional shape data in a first coordinate system by a second coordinate system different from the first coordinate system and uses arrangement information representing positional relations among the plurality of voxels to convert the edited three-dimensional shape in the second coordinate system to a three-dimensional shape in the first coordinate system.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
