The present invention relates to a harmful algae extermination system using a ship-type marine drone, and more particularly, to an unmanned image capturing apparatus provided to capture a monitoring area in real time to detect the movement of harmful algae as image capturing information; a system control device provided to detect an image captured by the unmanned image capturing device, determine the intrusion of the harmful algae, and control the system; a ship-type marine drone controlled by the system control device and provided to combat the harmful algae; and a ship-type maritime drone station provided to store the ship-type maritime drone. In addition, according to the present invention, the ship-type marine drone is automatically controlled by the system control device, can automatically avoid obstacles, and can eliminate harmful birds appearing in the monitoring area by performing autonomous driving unmanned.
