The present invention relates to a system for correcting navigation information by geomagnetic disturbance when a multicopter approaches a catenary and a method for controlling the same. According to an aspect of the present invention, a method for correcting navigation information for a multicopter includes: a first step of photographing, by at least one multicopter, at least one rail installed on the ground using a camera; a second step of calculating, by the at least one multicopter, heading information using an installation direction of the at least one rail; a third step of photographing, by the at least one multicopter, the at least one rail while moving based on the calculated heading information; a fourth step of transmitting, by the at least one multicopter, the heading information and the captured image information to a server; a fifth step of matching, by the server, the image information with map information related to the at least one rail stored in advance based on the heading information; and a sixth step of detecting, by the server, damage related to the at least one rail based on the matched map information and the matched image information.
