The present invention relates to a forging apparatus of an internal heating method and a method for manufacturing a Ti-Al alloy billet using the same, and more particularly, to a radial forging die inside for manufacturing a Ti-Al alloy billet suitable for manufacturing a rolled plate and forming application parts. A high-frequency induction heating coil is presented in a forging device of an internal heating method, and by using the forging device of an internal heating method, the density of the Ti-Al alloy is lowered and the high-temperature formability is improved by including the beta (β) phase. It relates to a method for manufacturing a Ti-Al alloy billet.
