METHOD FOR FABRICATING EASY-TO-DEMOLD FRESNEL MOLD

A method for fabricating an easy-to-demold Fresnel mold: a mold release layer (170) is deposited on the surface of a metal sub-mold (160) that has the same feature pattern as a metal master mold (110), and then a first metal layer (180) is formed on the surface of the mold release layer by means of electroforming. The demolded first metal layer is a metal mold (190), and the feature pattern of the metal mold complements the structure to the feature pattern of the metal master mold. Since the mold release layer is an oxide layer, the mold release layer is non-conductive and has a poor bonding force with metal ions, so that the first metal layer does not adhere to the metal sub-mold. The foregoing is not only easy to demold, but also allows for demolding multiple times to meet the needs of a large number of copies of electroforming molds during actual production. Not only is the overall process simplified and production efficiency improved, but production costs are also reduced.
