By using a space at an axial rear end of an electric motor, and by using spaced arrangement of partition walls (11) and arrangement of a bearing (17), a rotor (16) is rotatably arranged in an electric motor mounting cavity (121), and the electric motor control device (3) is arranged in a control mounting cavity (122); and by means of stacked busbars and devices, and a circuit and a power tube (34) that are annularly arranged, the integration degree of device arrangement is improved, the occupied space is effectively reduced, the space utilization rate is improved, and high integration of the electric motor control device and the drive assembly is realized.
