The tactile presentation panel according to the present invention includes: a tactile presentation voltage generation circuit (113) for generating a voltage signal having a first frequency and to be applied to at least one first electrode (102a) located in at least a partial region of an operation surface of the tactile presentation panel, and also generating a voltage signal having a second frequency and to be applied to at least one second electrode (102b) located in at least a partial region of the operation surface of the tactile presentation panel, the second frequency being different from the first frequency; a charge releasing unit (115) connected to a tactile electrode to release electric charges accumulated in a conductive elastic unit (6); and a touch detection circuit (210) for detecting a user's touch with a tactile presentation knob (3).
