Provided are a blood pressure analysis device, a blood pressure analysis method, and a blood pressure analysis program capable of optimally notifying each subject of analysis results relating to fluctuations in blood pressure.　A system control unit (31) of an analysis device (3) is provided with: a blood pressure fluctuation determining unit (31A) which determines whether there are fluctuations in the blood pressure of a user, by analyzing past blood pressure measurement data of the user, stored in a database (33), by means of different analysis algorithms defined for each of a plurality of fluctuation factors, which are causes of blood pressure fluctuations; and a notification control unit (31B) which, if the blood pressure fluctuation determining unit (31A) has determined that there are fluctuations, notifies the user of information based on the fluctuation factors corresponding to the analysis algorithm used to determine whether there are fluctuations.
