A server for providing an employment interview service, according to one embodiment of the present invention, comprises at least one processor and a memory connected to the processor, wherein the memory stores program instructions executable by the processor so that the disposition of an interviewee is inferred using application materials of the interviewee, questions matched with the inferred disposition are extracted, and, when a video (hereinafter, referred to as 'an interview video') obtained by photographing an offline interview performed using previously provided questions of a client and the extracted questions is uploaded, authority information that is accessible in the uploaded interview video is provided to one or more evaluator terminals related to the client.
