The present invention relates to a device for maintaining hair volume, which prevents a wearer's hair from being pressed by pressure when wearing a hat, such that the wearer's hairstyle (the volume of hair) before the wearer puts on the hat can be maximally maintained after the wearer takes off the hat. The device for maintaining hair volume comprises: a first support part which is fixedly attached along the inner rim of a hat, has a plurality of support protrusions formed on the inner side thereof, and has ventilation holes formed between the support protrusions, thereby supporting the inner rim of the hat spaced from the scalp of the wearer so as to correspond to the temporal bone or occipital bone of the wearer's head through the hairs; and a second support part which has one end fixed to the center of the first support part in a direction crossing the first support part in a straight line, is fixedly attached from the central front part of the hat toward the rear part of the hat, has a plurality of support protrusions formed on the inner side thereof, and has ventilation holes formed between the support protrusions, thereby supporting a corresponding area from the frontal bone to the occipital bone of the head so as to support the inner side of the hat spaced from the scalp of the wearer, wherein the second support part is formed in a straight bar shape, is transformed into an arcuate structure convex upward so as to be fixedly attached to an inner ceiling of the hat.
