A system and method for providing a mental health management plan include: processing, by a digital biomarker extraction device, a user's biosignals and device usage records measured from a digital device; calculating, by an integrated biomarker calculation device, an index predicting a clinical index of a user by integrating multiple digital biomarkers; calculating an index predicting mental illness based on the integrated clinical indices by the mental illness prediction device; and the user feedback device confirming and inputting the clinical status of mental illness through self-evaluation.
