Provided is rolling paper for a non-combusted heated smoking article that has a white section in which the discrimination score obtained by substituting color difference values in the CIE Lab color system before and after heating for three minutes at 230°C in equation (1) is a numerical value lower than 0.62 and ISO whiteness is at least 83%.
