One embodiment of the present invention is a powder in which a metal material and a ceramic material are mixed, the method comprising: preparing a plurality of types of metal-ceramic prealloy powders having different weight ratios of the metal material and the ceramic material; forming a laminate by stacking the metal-ceramic prealloy powder in a mold so that the weight ratio of the ceramic material is different for each layer; and pre-sintering the laminate to form a gradient functional composite having closed pores. Since the gradient functional composite manufactured according to an embodiment of the present invention changes the value of the thermal expansion coefficient according to the content change of metal and ceramic, it is possible to reduce the thermal stress due to the difference in the thermal expansion coefficient at the junction interface. Allows ceramics to bond without cracks and delamination
