A fire evacuation guidance system using a smart mobile terminal according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a smart terminal equipped with a fire guidance platform; a location transmitter installed in a building in which a fire receiver is installed, and transmitting location information; a local monitoring system for receiving a fire occurrence signal and fire location information from the fire receiver; a guide server for receiving the fire signal and fire location information from the local detection system, guiding the smart terminal to the smart terminal, and transmitting an evacuation route adjacent to the location information of the smart terminal to the smart mobile terminal; and a communication interface device for transmitting and receiving data between the local system and the guide server.
