Disclosed are a non-invasive biometric device and a non-invasive biometric measuring method. The disclosed non-invasive biometric measuring device may be configured to obtain information on a first material from a first site of the subject and output information about a second material present at a second site of the same subject. The non-invasive biometric measuring device includes a data acquisition unit (measurement unit) that acquires raw data including information on a first material from a first part of the subject, and a data acquisition unit (measurement unit) based on the information on the first material. A data processing unit for deriving information on the second material may be included. For example, the first site may be skin/tissue, and the second site may be blood.
