Disclosed are an image processing-based unmanned dog training apparatus and method therefor. The unmanned dog training device includes a camera; a speaker that outputs a specific command; a posture estimator for determining a dog posture by applying the image of the dog photographed by the camera to the previously learned posture estimation model; and a processor that controls to provide a reward according to whether the dog posture determination result matches the specific command.
