A wireless network simulation system and wireless network simulation method for testing the performance of wireless communication equipment may be disclosed. A wireless network simulation system according to an embodiment includes a signal connection unit for receiving and outputting a test signal for testing the performance of a wireless communication device from an external communication device; a signal distribution unit configuring a mesh structure for a plurality of nodes and distributing a test signal to the plurality of nodes; a variable attenuation unit connected to the signal distribution unit and attenuating the test signal based on the separation distance between nodes; a variable delay unit connected to the variable attenuation unit and delaying transmission of a test signal based on a separation distance between nodes; and a control unit for controlling attenuation and transmission delay of the test signal based on the separation distance between nodes.
