The present invention provides a safety unit (10) for protecting a converter for supplying power to an LED module by blocking an overcurrent input to commercial power; a first EMI (Electro Magnetic Interference) filter unit 20 electrically connected to the output side of the safety unit 10 to primarily remove conductive noise included in commercial power; a first rectifying unit 30 for full-wave rectification of commercial power output from the first EMI (Electro Magnetic Interference) filter unit 20; an insulation transformer 60 for outputting rated power having an improved power factor by transforming the pulsating power output from the first rectifying unit 30; a controller unit 40 for controlling the switching of the isolation transformer 60; a switching unit 50 for turning on/off the insulation transformer 60 according to the control of the controller unit 40; a second rectifying unit 70 for directing the output power induced on the secondary side of the insulating transformer 60; a second EMI filter unit 80 that removes conductive noise that may be included in the rated power rectified by the second rectifier 70 and supplies it to the output connection connector 90 that is connected to the LED module and supplies the rated power; and an LED module surge voltage prevention unit 100 that is configured between the primary ground (FG) of the commercial power side and the second rectifying unit 70 and serves as a secondary ground; and is configured to include a technical feature.
