PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a beam-column joint and a welded joint with a peripheral member from being damaged by seismic force so that the beam-column joint and a welded joint with a peripheral member are always maintained in a compressed state. Provide a steel-framed rigid frame structure that can be used. SOLUTION: This is a steel-framed ramen structure formed by a plurality of layers, and a beam end member 2 having a predetermined length extending in two plane directions and a column end member having a predetermined length extending in two vertical directions from a beam-column joint. 1 is provided, and a PC tension material penetrating the beam-column joint is arranged on each of the beam-end member 2 and the column-end member 1, and tension is fixed to apply prestress to the beam-column joint in a three-axis compressed state.
