PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process chart creating method capable of easily obtaining a process chart showing the whole manufacturing process of a product including a processing process of assembling parts to each other. In the overall process chart created by the process chart creation support device, the processing processes defined in the process data of the base to the top plate constituting the panel assembly are arranged without changing the process order. In addition, in the overall process chart created by the process chart creation support device, the process order of the "bending" processing process as the reference process is aligned between the base and the back beam. In addition, in the overall process chart created by the process chart creation support device, other processing processes are also referred to as "bending" within the range of the process order earlier than "bending" or the process order slower than "bending".
