PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interactive creative activity support device and a program capable of smoothly performing creative activities such as research and development by repeatedly obtaining desired information. An interactive creative activity support device includes a dialogue unit 200, a target setting unit 300, and an information acquisition unit 400. The dialogue unit 200 includes an information presenting unit 210 and an information receiving unit 220. The target setting unit 300 includes a target adjustment unit 310, a target storage unit 320, and a comparison unit 330 that adjust the target based on the information acquired by the dialogue unit 200. The information acquisition unit 400 includes an information retrieval unit 410 and a search result storage unit 420. The comparison unit 330 compares the target with the search result information to generate a comparison result, and the dialogue unit 200 further presents the comparison result to the target person through the information presentation unit 210, and receives information from the target person.
