FIELD: biotechnology.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biotechnology. The invention is a method for producing rootstock material (VSV-1, VSL-1 and VSL-2) in vitro, grafting test-tube plants and planting single-node cuttings on an agar nutrient medium containing macro- and microelements and vitamins based on the formula of the nutrient medium, Fe-chelate, agar-agar, sucrose, while a high concentration of salts is added to the nutrient medium (Chelate - Fe 50 mg/l and Ca(Cl)2 1000 mg/l) and for plant activity the plants are transplanted onto a nutrient medium containing 1 mg of 6 BAL and 08 mg/l of glycine, while there is the following concentration of microsalts: ZnSO4*7H2O - 4.3 mg/l and Н3BО3 - 3.1 mg/l. The calcium source is also changed in the form (from CaCl2*2H2O to Ca(NO3)2*4H2O), the transplantation is carried out after 3 weeks, during reproduction, special attention is paid to the vitreousness or super-water content of tissues, while the optimal conditions for the cultivation of VSV-1, VSL-1 and VSL-2 are: temperature of 22-26 degrees and illumination of 2500-5000 lux at a 16-hour photoperiod.;EFFECT: invention increases the yield of plants up to 80%. ;1 cl, 3 tbl
