To provide a procedure support method, a procedure support program and a procedure support system capable of preventing occurrence of error in processing.SOLUTION: Receiving an input of a piece of transferee information, a reception server 20 refers to a resident record DB 22 that stores a piece of household information 22B representing a correspondence between the household and residents included in the household and a piece of qualification information 22C representing the correspondence between the resident and a piece of information of an entitlement qualification of the residents. The reception server 20 determines whether any residents other than the transferee are included in the residents of the household in which the received transferee information is included, and whether the entitlement qualification is associated with the residents other than the transferee.
