To provide a mobile hydrogen generator that is usable anywhere and is for readily generating hydrogen gas and hydrogen water as hydrogen in around several seconds.SOLUTION: There is provided a simplified mobile hydrogen generator configured such that calcium hydride or metal calcium is reacted with water to generate hydrogen with the resultant aqueous calcium hydroxide Ca(OH)[reaction (1)] solution being reacted with aluminum hydride or metal aluminum [reaction (2)] for further generating hydrogen continuously in a two-stage manner. According to the present invention, hydrogen gas and hydrogen water are produced. A hydrogen gas by being introduced in a bathtub serves as providing a hydrogen bath.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
