Disclosed is an invention related to a pretreatment method of an alloyed hot-dip galvanized steel sheet for electron backscattering diffraction analysis. In one embodiment, the pretreatment method of the steel sheet comprises the steps of: primary polishing of an observation target portion of the surface of the alloyed hot-dip galvanized steel sheet sample using a polyurethane non-woven disk; and secondary polishing by ion milling the machine-polished observation target site.
