The present invention discloses a composition for tissue repair using a non-toxic biocompatible polymer. The present invention provides a composition for tissue repair in a colloidal phase comprising a copolymer in which a hydrophobic biocompatible polymer and a hydrophilic biocompatible polymer are polymerized, wherein the copolymer is dispersed in water, wherein the colloidal phase is dispersed in the water. Heating the coalescing provides a composition for tissue repair in which the viscosity is increased.
