To provide a mask which extends nasal fossa, closes nasal meatus, achieves bacteria-prevention and fogging-prevention of glasses, clearly conveys words to a speaker and facilitates breathing.SOLUTION: In a mask, adhesion parts 2 are formed at the right and left of a substantially center part of a sheet 1 and the adhesion parts 2 are adhered to the right and left of the nose. Thus, a nasal fossa is extended, the nasal meatus is closed by the sheet 1, bacteria-prevention is performed, bacteria from conversation partners is prevented from entering into nostrils and a mouth pore, and breathing and clear words utterance are easily performed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
