The present invention relates to a composition for immobilizing a lacase enzyme, comprising copper (Cu) and zinc (Zn) metal ions, and forming a lacase enzyme and a Cu/Zn-enzyme hybrid, and the present invention relates to a composition for immobilizing a lacase enzyme. By constructing a Cu/Zn-enzyme hybrid system, stable and efficient immobilization of lacase is possible, and by showing a synergistic effect (synergistic effect) of Cu and Zn, more excellent enzyme activity than a single metal-based enzyme hybrid system. In addition, it exhibits high catalytic potential and lower charge transfer resistance, as well as high bisphenol A decomposition efficiency, thereby demonstrating immobilized enzyme stability and reusability, and can further be applied to immobilize various enzymes.
