The time stamp configuration method comprises: inserting an OH frame and an AM code in a message, wherein the OH frame contains a plurality of OH codes, and the AM code is inserted into the message in accordance with a preset AM cycle; and configuring a time stamp of the OH frame according to the positional relationship between the OH frame and the AM code in the message.
