The present invention relates to a composition for production of methanol by using multi-enzyme-based Mn-enzyme hybrid cascade reactions and a method for production of methanol from carbon dioxide by using same. In the present invention, a Mn-enzyme hybrid cascade system composed of Clostridium carboxidivorans-derived formate dehydrogenase (CcFDH), PseFusmonas cepacian genomvar II-derived formate dehydrogenase (PcFalDH), Saccharomyces cerevisiae-derived alcohol dehydrogenase (ScADH), and Mn ions is constructed, whereby methanol can be produced from carbon dioxide more stably and effectively.
