The convolutional neural network is configured to output a de-noised magnetic resonance image (132) in response to inputting an input magnetic resonance image (130) and is a multiscale deep neural network. Execution of the machine executable instructions causes the processor to provide a reconstructed magnetic resonance image (136) reconstructed from measured k-space data (126) by iteratively using the convolutional neural network and the compressed sensing data-consistency module to implement a magnet resonance imaging compressed sensing reconstruction.
